Boil the milk.

Heat butter in a pan and add the grated carrot and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the milk and stirring occasionally.
4.
When the mixture thickens add sugar and cardamom powder and stir continuously
for 2 -3 minutes.
5.
Mix with almonds, cashew nuts and raisins.
