Bitter Gourd Fry / Pavakka Mezhukkupuratti































Bitter gourd - 2 nos.
Green chillies (split lengthwise) - 2 nos.
Coconut slices – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil -2 tbsp

1. Clean and cut bitter gourd into thin slices.
2. Cover and cook bitter gourd in little water along with turmeric powder, green chilli, coconut slices and salt in 5 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add oil and mix well and fry until it turns to golden colour.
Serve with rice.
