Sambharam / Spiced buttermilk































Thick curd – ½ cup
Green chilli- 1 no
Shallots – 2 nos.
Ginger – a small piece
Curry leaves – a few
Salt - to taste
Cold water – 1 cup

1. In a blender, add curd and water and blend well.
2. Crush green chilli, ginger and shallots.
3. Add this to the curd with salt and curry leaves and mix well.
