1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
2. Then add beans, onion, green chilli, coconut, curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.

Sprinkle a little water and cover the pan with a lid.
4. Cook 10 minutes in low flame.
5. Remove the cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with rice.
