Pachamanga thoran (Raw mango stir fry)































Raw mango – ½ cup (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger – a small piece (finely chopped)
Curry leaves – a few
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste

1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
2. In a bowl mix mango, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coconut, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Add this to the pan and sprinkle some water.
4. Cover and cook in a low flame.
Serve with rice.
