Boiled
eggs – 4
Onion
– 2 (sliced)
Green
chillies – 2 (sliced)
Ginger
garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Coconut
milk- 1 ½ cup
Red
chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander
powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric
powder- ½ tsp
Garam
masala powder – 1tsp
Curry
leaves – a few
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Oil
– 2 tbsp
Salt
– to taste
1.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.

Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves and sauté well.
3.
Then add ginger garlic paste and stir well.
4.
Reduce the heat and add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam
masala and fry for few seconds.
5.
Add coconut milk and salt and allow it to boil.
6.
Add boiled egg and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve
with Appam/ Chapathi/ Rice
