coconut – ½ cup
Egg
– 2
Turmeric
powder – ½ tsp
Mustard
seeds – ½ tsp
Curry
leaves – 1 spring
Salt
– to taste
Oil
– 1 tbsp
1.
Clean and cut ladies finger, onion and green chili into small pieces.
2.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
3.
When its splutter add lady finger, onion, green chili, curry leaves, grated
coconut, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
4.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5.
Add the beaten egg to this and stir well.
6.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
