Bread masala































Bread slices - 5 nos.
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 medium size (chopped into small pieces)
Tomato - 1 medium size (chopped into small pieces)
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – a few (chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - As reqd

1. Remove the edges of the bread.
2. Cut the bread slices into cube size pieces & shallow fry in butter till it becomes golden brown and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
4. Add onions; fry till it becomes slightly brown in colour.
5. Add tomato and cook for a few minutes.
6. Then add chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder and salt.
7. When the raw smell comes then adds the bread slices and mix well.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
