Cauliflower meat masala































Cauliflower (cut into small pieces) - 1½ cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Green chili – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Chilly powder - ½ tsp
Meat masala - 2 tsp
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – for garnishing

1. Clean and cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak it in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
3. When it splutters and ginger garlic paste.
4. Then add curry leaves, onion, green chili and salt and saute well.
5. Add tomato, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, meat masala, pepper powder and mix well.
6. Add cauliflower and ½ cup of water and cover and cook in low flame.
7. Then add the coconut milk and again cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
