Chicken Fried Rice































Basmati Rice – 1 ½ cups
Boneless chicken – ½ kg (cut into small cubes)
Egg – 2 (beaten well)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – tbsp
Vegetables (chopped) – 1 cup (Beans, carrot, green peas, sweet corn)
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Pepper & salt - to taste

1. Soak rice ½ hour in water and cook the rice.
2. Marinade the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and wait for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces and set aside.
4. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté well.
5. Then add the vegetables and cook until they turn soft.
6. Scramble the eggs.
7. Then add chicken pieces, scrambled egg, cooked rice, soya sauce, tomato sauce into the vegetable and mix well.
8. Add little bit of pepper powder, salt and vinegar and stir well.
Serve warm.
