Paneer – 250 gms
Butter – 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Bay leaves – 1
Cardamom pods – 2
Cloves – 2
Pepper – 2
Cinnamon stick – 1 small
Tomato puree – 1 cup
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh cream – ½ cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – for garnish
1. Cut paneer into small cubes.
2. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cloves, pepper, cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste and stir for few minutes.
3. Then pour the tomato puree, 1 cup water and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves, salt and mix well.
5. Then add the paneer cubes, cover and cook 10 minutes in low flame.
6. Add fresh cream, sugar and cook again for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot
