Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina (Rava) – ¼ cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Water – ½ cup
Oil – for frying

1. Stir the flour, semolina, salt and 1 tsp oil in a bowl.
2. Add water little by little and make dough and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Make small balls from the dough.
4. Roll out the balls into small circles.
5. Heat oil in a pan.
6. Drop one puri into the oil and gently press on the top.
7. Fry till it turns to light golden colour.
8. Remove and drain the puri on a kitchen tissue.
Serve hot with potato masala.
