Bitter
gourd (finely chopped) – 2 nos.
Onion (finely chopped) – 1no.
Grated Coconut – ½ cup
Green chillies (finely chopped) – 1 or 2 no.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves – A few

Oil
– 1 tbsp
1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
2. Add bitter gourd, onions, green chillies, grated coconut, turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt and mix well.
3. Sprinkle some water; cover and cook on a low flame.
4. Stir occasionally.
5. When it cooked, remove the lid and simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
Serve
with rice.
