masala powder – ¼ tsp

seeds - 1 tsp
Curry
leaves – 1 spring

Soak green peas in water till soft.

Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
3.
Add ginger, garlic, onion, green chilly, curry leaves and sauté well.
4.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and stir
well.
5.
Then add green peas, coconut milk and salt and cook covered till the gravy is
thick.
