Paneer

Cut the paneer into cubes.

Roll the paneer pieces in corn flour and deep fry on medium heat until the
edges start to turn brown. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.

Add ½ cup of water in the reaming corn flour and mix well.
4.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger and garlic. When it turns to brown add onion,
capsicum and green chili and saute well.
5.
Add salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, corn flour paste and
the fried paneer cubes and mix well.
6.
Close the lid and cook for few minutes.
7.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
