Dosa




























Raw rice (Pachari) – 1 cup
Urad dal – ½ cup
Cooked rice – ¼ cup
Salt – to taste
Oil – As required


1. Wash and soak raw rice and urad dal for at least 5 hours.
2. Grind dal, rice and cooked rice with enough water and make a smooth batter.
3. Keep the batter overnight for fermentation.
4. Then add salt and mix well.
5. Heat tava and apply little oil and pour one ladle batter and spread the batter in round shape.
6. When one side is done, turn and cook the other side.
Serve hot with coconut chutney / Sambar
