Aloo tikki



























Potato (medium) – 3 (boiled & peeled)
Green chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
Cilantro – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying

1. Mash the boiled potatoes.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil.
3. Make small balls from the mixture and flatten each ball. Coat each ball in the bread crumbs.
4. Heat oil; and fry till it becomes golden brown colour.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
