leaves – 1 spring
Salt - to taste
Oil - for deep fry

Cut kovakka into small round pieces.
2.
Mix all the ingredients add 2 tbsp of water except oil.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated kovakka into the pan.
4.
Cover with a lid and stir occasionally.
5.
Cook in medium heat until the kovakka become crispy.
Serve
warm.
