Jackfruit seeds – 15
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – As required
1. Remove the outer layer of jack fruit seeds and cut them into lengthwise.
2. In a pan add jack fruit seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and ¼ cup of water and cook covered on low flame.
3. When it’s cooked remove the cover and add 2 tbsp oil (add more oil if required) and mix well.
4. Fry till it turns to crispy.
Serve with rice
