Vegetable fried rice

























Cooked rice (cold) – 3 cups
Chopped vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans, capsicum) – 1 cup
Spring onion – 3 (finely chopped)
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper – to taste

1. Heat oil in a pan and saute vegetables for 4 – 5 minutes.
2. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
3. Garnish with spring onion.
Serve hot.
