Basmathi rice – 2 cups
Full chicken – 2 (Remove the skin & cut into large pieces)
Chicken soup cream – 50 gm
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Lime juice – 1tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Coriander leaves, roasted onion, cash nut, raisins – for garnishing
1. Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, pepper, salt and lime.
2. Mix chicken soup in 4 cups of water.
3. In a casserole arrange rice, marinated chicken and pour the soup and ghee over it.
4. Cover with an aluminium foil.
5. Bake it in 375 degree Fahrenheit or 190 Celsius for 1 hour.
6. Garnish and serve hot
