Baby corn – 250 gms
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – a few
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
1. In a bowl add baby corn, onion, chilli powder, turmeric powder, grated coconut, curry leaves, salt and sprinkle some water and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds.
3. When it pop up and the baby corn mixture.
4. Cover and cook 10 minutes in low flame.
Serve with rice
