Carrot – 2 (grated)
Milk – 3 cup
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts, raisins, pistachios, saffron – for garnishing
1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashew nuts, raisins and set aside.
2. In the same pan add grated carrot and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Then add sugar and milk, cover and cook well.
4. Add cardamom powder and cook again for 2 minutes.
5. Garnish with Cashew nuts, raisins, pistachios and saffron threads.
