Onion tomato raita































Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – a few (finely chopped)
Yogurt – 1 cup
Pepper powder – to taste
Salt – to taste

1. Beat curd till it takes a smooth consistency.
2. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt into the curd and mix well.
Serve cold with rice.
